Went Vivocity again, this time with my family. The basement carpark at Vivo impressed me! Every single parking lot is installed with motion sensor and there are multiples computerised boards to signal drivers to the empty lots. Compared to the old fashioned style carpark, this saves time and drivers no longer need to go round and round the carpark to find parking lots.
More shops have opened their gates compared to a week ago, although some are still undergoing renovations getting ready for the grand opening on Dec 1st. I'd missed some areas of Vivo during my first visit, so im going to recover my lost this time round.
First thing we did was to find something to fill our grumbling tummies. Up we go to the third level where "FoodRepublic" was. I can only describe the place in one word. PACKED!!! Kampung and ancient China ambience were brought out by the design of the foodcourt. We decided not to knock our shoulders against the others, so "ta pao" is the solution.
Brought the "ta pao" food up to the roof top area of Vivo. Upon reaching the roof top area, chins were dropped and "WOWs" followed. Awesome and romantic place for sight viewing and dating. I love the roof top!
After mum mum, we continue our Vivo sweep. Visited almost every single shop and had fun in several of them especially in Toys "R" Us.
Every single corner had been covered and a third visit will come soon in Dec when those yet-to- open shops start business.
