My appreciation

I never had a better listening ear.
For all those times of despair and frustration, I am thankful to this someone who is always available whenever I needed somebody to talk to the most.
Things hasn't change a bit althought we are now like miles apart.
I doubt I will ever find another one person that I can share my feelings so comfortably.
This post may generate wild thoughts in the narrow-minded but I don't care and I'm going to make my appreciation known here today.

I get so annoyed when people don't reply your sms.
I'm not expecting a return "bye" or "good night".
I just need a simple reply when a question is present in sms.

How would you feel if you are asking for a favour and no one wanna reply your sms?

Reed Exhibitions Singapore is looking for a young, lively, intelligent and dynamic ambassador to portray their image in the market so my boss proposed me to the upper management! I gave her a picture which I deem the most appropriate and this is what the marketing team did.

On the same day, I received a call from F&N to represent Coke! I gave them the pic I think is the best and they sent me this on the day itself. Figure received cannot be disclosed. Haha.

Who can resist the tempation of Coke?

Hahaha. I think work is driving me crazy, I'm actually doing all these in office.

Oktoberfest!

One advice to you people out there.
Never take part in a beer drinking competition if you are full or bloated.
I learnt my lesson today.

I attended this Oktoberfest event at Paulaner Brauhaus with G, A & K. There were free flow of food & Paulaner beer till 930pm. I swear their pork knuckles are heavenly.

Not knowing that they have this beer drinking competition at the end, we ate and drink like what all typical Singaporeans do. We were already bloated before the competition but I got sabo'e (partly) to take on the competition.

Goodness. I was first until I puked with only 2 mouthful to go.
Disqualified. Haha. I was trying hard to hold back but I was so bloody full!

Then they got this sausage eating competition after that. Lol.
All 4 of us took part and we came in 2nd & 3rd. We competed in pairs.
300 dollars worth of Pan Pacific vouchers won in total! Woohoo! A destination during the holidays.

Laughter, pork knuckles, sausages, and BEER make the perfect night although I puked and dirty the stage. Hahahah!

Singtel F1 Grand Prix

ALL THANKS TO AMANDA CHEOK I GET TO WATCH F1 LIVE!

Experiencing the finals live is absolutely different from watching it on TV although I only get to see one part of the circuit for 61 times. The deafening engines, the smell of burning tyres and enthusiasm of fans from over the world. You hear, see and feel them live!

The Finnish fans were the most zealous, coming in flags and mini pom poms. Sitting in their camp made me feel as one of them although I secretly support Hamilton.

However, Kimi Räikkönen was Finnish-ed (finished) after mistakes from the Ferrari team. What a pity, Massa too. But well, it gave Alonso a dramatic win by starting the race in 15th place.

Surprisingly, the train that we took back was pretty empty. Kudos to SMRT.
