Tuesday, August 25, 2009 The underwater world of Redang
A short getaway to Redang for BBBBFF's birthday since we all yearned to get out of Singapore for a little while. All was good except for the bumpy and nauseous 1 freakin' hour boat ride from the jetty to the Resort. If not for the chocolate we bought at NTUC earlier I would have puked on JS. Hahahaha.
DAY 1 IN REDANG
Laguna Redang
The place's like heaven with cool beach, white sand, blue sea and clear sky.
We checked our stuff in and off we went to our first snorkeling trip immediately after lunch. First destination on the card: Pulau Kecil.
Check out this hawt Korean lady in her hawt pink swimming costume. HAHAHAHA.
Dinner by the sea
The old man's 20th birthday.
DAY 2 IN REDANG
All our meals were by the sea but breakfast's the best. I just love a good breakfast to any other meal of the day. =)
2nd snorkeling spot: Redang Marine Park This time we were smarter, we bought bread and got to see more fishes. "No bread no fish", that's what the instructor said. And the bread really attracted lots of fishes.
See! Fishes are really attracted to JS. Opps! I meant the bread in his hand.
Now you must be wondering why there are no more fishes? Cos' he attracted so much fishes that he began to get afraid and started moving vigorously to scare the fishes away! HAHAHAHAHA. It was REALLY HILARIOUS! Wait till I upload the video here. LOL :D
That piece of bread was pushed away quickly by JS ... ...
... ... cos we saw this humongous fish approaching. LOL. Actually all the fishes look BIG underwater!
That's all for the Marine Park. Next & last snorkeling spot was CK Bay.
Pictures from CK Bay.
I realised most of the pictures are taken underwater. Hahahaha. Alright la! That's all for Redang. Time actually passed very quickly althought we didn't really do much other than eat and snorkel. Hahahahaha.
Now let's all look forward to Tekong Bintan! YAY!!
